On arrival in Weymouth follow the signs to Portland, with the marina on your left, at the next set of traffic lights turn right. (Asda should be on your left). 

Follow this road and turn left at the next mini-roundabout.  Take the first left turning off this road signposted Moonfleet 2000 IBC.
